As free as the wind....... Culture is fundamental to human kind. On a profound level culture does not fit in any narrow framework of“Culture”or “The Arts” ：curture exists where a human being relates to another human being. It is the very meaning of an individual's existence as a human being. Culture expresses the history of human kind, embracing food clothing and shelter an acknowledgement that culture is the collective memory of the achievements of human society. Entertainment in terms of the sacred ceremonies and festivivities of our contemporary existence enable people to make contact with, more deeply understand the origins of these ceremonies and the peoples who first create them. Our endeavor is to establish a new realm for contemporary entertainments and also for events of cultural communication which trancscend country and genre：a space that allows individuals to observe these entertainments, thereby both distancing them from and enabling them to muse on their daily lives. We believe that our company is just a tiny focus of cultural communications in both their originalitity and diversitity, blowing as freely as the wind. How we are doing is： 1. By continuing to develop as an agency for active cultual exchange, through the creation of a vibrant net work of multifarious artists throghout 1. the world； 2. Preparing the foundation for this space for communication between artists and the people； 3. Constituting a new system that embraces each relevant cultural organization, applicable goverment agencies and all concerned artists, 1. thereby enabling them also to be in position of responsibility and equity. 1. We believe such a reconstruction is a pre-requisite for this cultural movement； 4. In our organised world culture resist organisation, comparative quantification and assesment. 1.
